a great place to stay

I am a travel nurse and I stayed at David's home this winter. Everything was just as pictured the home was very clean and all the furniture was so comfortable. I stayed in the king sized bed, it was so comfortable. I enjoyed the extra large closet space and the dresser had great storage space as well. The washer and dryer is in the garage and is full sized. There is plenty of room for a family in the unit. The kitchen appliances are in great condition. David is a great landlord, very responsive to questions, easily accessible via text or call. He was very accommodating to my work needs and was flexible with the month to month contract. The street itself is busy 1/2 residential 1/2 business. Pretty quiet though. The neighbors were friendly to me and I felt safe. The only small drawback is that the driveway can only fit 1 car and street parking is available on first come first serve basis. I would definitely stay again when I come back to the LA area. I would say more but out of space.

Great place & amazing hosts!

My husband and I stayed at David and April's place for 6 months while I worked nearby. I'm a traveling nurse, and I normally only stay 3 months in each place, but we were so comfortable here that we ended up staying longer. The hosts are very accommodating. If we had any issues, they were very prompt in resolving them. We had complete privacy here. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Even though it's right next to an airport, the windows and doors are doubled, so you don't really hear the planes. The beds are comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. If we are ever back in the area, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you again, David and April, for having us and going out of your way to make us feel at home!
