Perfect Stay
We had a great time staying at Samantha's house in South SLC. The location was ideal, as it was close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and right next to the freeway for easy access to the mountains! The house itself was spotless and had just about everything we could need for our month-long stay. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature inside the house stayed warm even when it was freezing outside. I highly recommend staying here!
the best place to stay!
We absolutely loved staying at this house! Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to places, and Samantha is an absolutely wonderful owner! Any problems or concerns we had she addressed quickly! She's so sweet and it was absolute joy to stay at her home! If you need a place to stay I highly recommend staying here!
Newly redone, great space, great location
The place has been recently redone and practically everything is new. The location is excellent, right next to the S-line, perfect for walking/biking and getting into Sugarhouse proper area. I loved being able to walk to Winco for groceries as well as the plethora of restaurants around the area. The outdoor dining table is really excellent to have as well, the backyard is a very nice space especially with the recently redone yard. The standing desk was clutch for me while working from home. While the house is right next to the freeway, and I couldn't leave the window open at night due to the sound, it was never loud enough to bother while not sleeping or while the windows were closed. It does get very hot in the summer in the upper bedroom if you don't run the AC high in the afternoon, and even if you do when its a very hot day it can he hard to keep the temperature down. The upper level shower was too short for me but the lower level one is better anyway so it wasn't an issue for me.
