this property is a short walk to the hospital and a short walk to old town cottonwood where many great shops and restaurants and wineries are. It's at the end of a dead-end street so no traffic and quiet. It abuts the back of the recreation center so it's quiet but close to many amenities including library, rec center, park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool, and more.

Perfect spot for any travelling health care worker!
I stayed here while working for 3 months at Verde Valley Medical Center and really enjoyed my stay! It's super close to the hospital as well as the recreation center and the public library. The main room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. There is also a private outside seating area with a hot tub and sauna which was nice in the cooler months. I went hiking in Sedona almost every week as it was only 20-40 minutes away depending on the hike. Old Town Cottonwood is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away, and grocery stores and restaurants only 5-10 minute drive as well. I was very comfortable there and everyone in town is super friendly! Ben and Alison are super people to rent from, they are very accommodating and helpful. If / When I return to Verde Valley I would definitely try to book this property again! Highly recommend!
