Wonderful family and very comfortable apartment

5 stars for Cheryl and Jeff. Very nice, fully equipped apartment. Great location, very close to shops, and easy access to St Paul and Minneapolis to the North CoonRapids, Ramsay, and Elk River areas. Highly recommend.

Set a whole new bar

The couple who owns the property were very kind, honest, willing to help in any way, very family oriented, and always open to suggestions! I had my own basement unit, I always felt safe in my environment, and the unit had everything! Everything that I needed to cook with was found in the kitchen cabinets! The property owners allowed me to use other parts of their property like the movie room where there is a projector, and their patio. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here!
