Amazing

My wife and I stayed ar Cheri House for a months beautiful apt ,close to Kootenai Hospital ,Downtown and Grocery store. She and Her husband are very attentive and kind. If in future I will have to come oto CDA I will stay with them 100 % .

I stayed in Cheri and Jim's brand new backyard ADU for a full year, and I cannot recommend it enough! I cannot believe how lucky I was to find this place. Brand new, optimally furnished, perfect for one or two people. But beyond everything you can see in the photos, the less obvious (but imo more important) aspects of this hidden gym are the caliber of your landlords and neighbors. Cheri and Jim were always looking out for me: bringing packages inside, and accommodating my various requests. It was nice to feel like I had family during my year in CDA! The location is also stellar. Less than a mile from the old downtown strip on Sherman, Tubbs Hill, the park, library, and the Centennial Trail. Two blocks to Pilgrim's, an incredible local gourmet market, and three to the new Trader Joe's. In short: you cannot go wrong with this spot! I hope you love it as much as I did.
