North Beach Heaven-Sent Flat

Home Away from Home - Don't miss out on this one!

THE ideal flat in SF - SO cozy & comfortable. We were able to explore & walk everywhere, but also, the #45 bus was just at the corner. You can tell that the owners take pride in their home - the detail of unique SF architecture is throughout the flat, while they also created spacious areas for reading, working from home, & providing a nice, sunny, spacious kitchen. And, if you are wfh, the wifi works great! The toughest decision each morning was "where do I get my coffee today?" There are so many wonderful, & historic, locations, all within walking distance. The next tough decision "what should we have dinner?"! Too many wonderful choices. We were so fortunate to find this property - we needed to be out of our house for at least 5 months. Joy was so wonderful about accommodating us. Her brother, Dave, was also so helpful & right next door, if we had questions or needed anything. Joy & Dave were always very responsive to text messages.

Hidden Gem

Heaven-sent flat is right! This property is a hidden gem in the lovely neighborhood of North Beach. It is the pinnacle of SF- the apartment feels like a home: with beautiful hardwood and huge bay windows lighting up the house with the sun, my stay in SF was truly amazing due to this house. Joy, the owner, as well as her brother who is the property manager, should be the poster children for what a landlord should be. They are both so kind, professional, attentive, and as a bonus- nice and down to earth people who made their home feel like mine. The photos do not do this place justice- it is in a great neighborhood with tons of public transport and restaurants right outside. Thank you so much for this lovely experience! I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 4 months while travel nursing in the area. Joy was so kind and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is gorgeous, very spacious and clean. It's quiet and cozy and you can tell that is has been such a special family home. Both Joy and her brother David were always available to answer a question, or come by the apartment if we needed anything. The location of the flat is the best you can get! It's right next to a bus stop which makes commuting super accessible, and a couple steps from North Beach and Washington Square Park. If you have the chance to stay here I highly recommend, you'll have the most comfortable stay and find the flat to be a warm, safe place to relax and explore the city!
