Take the good with the bad

Some of the good things about this property are, kid/pet friendly neighborhood which is safe for the most part.Perfect location close to just about anything you need.The cons of staying here is the landlord is not the best at communicating, soon after moving in it became apparent he is only about the rent.He hires sketchy/unprofessional contractors so lawn care was usually behind,he rents all the equipment so one time a contractor came to my place at 10p to switch out the washer /dryer scratched the floor which the landlord tried charging me for.The unit floors are uneven so door do not stay open, the backyard is also uneven so I couldn’t make good use of the space.Although the location is ideal I would not recommend this place if you need absolute quiet while working from home.The walls are thin and you could hear your neighbors, construction area right off of a major road.Kids playing outside ALLDAY. The furnishing were all cheap and he will try and charge you for normal wear&tear.

Nice townhouse near all you need

The overall space is nice and has a homy feel. The neighbors are so nice and it appears to be a closeknit area. Very close to shopping & restaurants. The handyman is friendly and efficient. Only area of improvement would be better communication from owner and regular upkeep of lawn. Most communication was delayed or my questions would not be answered in entirety. Also there were couple times in which I had to inquire about when lawn would be mowed.
