Best Rental Experience!

I had the best rental experience here ever! The landlords and their dogs are so sweet. Whenever I needed anything, the landlords took care of it immediately. They were very respectful, communicated well, and extremely welcoming. I felt at home right away. They went above and beyond, setting up the patio for the summer and planting beautiful flowers! It's located in a gorgeous, safe neighborhood, with a park and city view across the street. Easy street parking. Close drive to hospitals. Walking distance to Mississippi bars and restaurants. The basement apartment didn't feel like a basement since it is street level, tall ceilings, great insulation and plenty of natural light. I felt so spoiled with the open floor plan, KitchenAide appliances, nice interior design, motion sensing lighting, rain shower head, large load washer and dryer, lots of storage, and a bi-weekly cleaning crew! I was sad when I had to move on; I would definitely rent here again.
