Great House, Better Landlord

I spent almost the past year at this home. It has been a great home away from home. It has everything I ever needed - utensils, pots and pans and also BBQ grill and all the tools needed. The furniture is comfortable, and the decor is fun. I loved having local friends come by for entertaining and all my friends' wives were super impressed with the style of the home. But even better than the home is the landlord. She is wonderful the work with and always helpful. I enjoy chatting with her and I had a few unique needs that arose over my stay and she handled it with ease and always had a smile. I will miss my Fort Collins house and the amazing landlord.

Roomy, updated, close to park & trails

My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed at this home for two months while visiting Fort Collins. The home was recently remodeled and staged with much of the staging still in place. It is a two-level home with 4 bedrooms on the second level with one of the bedrooms currently set up as a home gym. There is also a room downstairs which my husband used as an office. All of the kitchen appliances were new and high-end. All of the furniture was also new and comfortable, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer available in the home. Outside there is a nice private yard and patio, equipped with patio furniture, grill, and fire pit. There is also a park close to the house which is great for both walking and playing, and there are several multi-use trails nearby. Lori was a very gracious owner/hostess, making sure that we had everything we needed while we were there. I would highly recommend this lovely home away from home.

Modern comfort and friendly landlord

I was visiting Fort Collins for work and stayed at the property for two months. The house is beautifully renovated, very well furnished (also has a gym room) and has a nice backyard (that enjoys the morning sun, perfect for relaxing), an outdoor seating/BBQ area and is in a peaceful neighbourhood. Some of the standout features were the stylish and functional living room, moden open kitchen and generous closet space in some of the rooms. The kitchen has sleek countertops, high-end appliances and ample cabinet/pantry space. Lori also thoughtfully arranged for kitchen utilities based on my needs. From the very beginning, she was helpful, friendly and responsive and ensured that everything was in excellent condition. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
