A wonderful 3 month stay in Vancouver, WA

I stayed here for 3 months while completing an internship and had a very comfortable stay here. It was spacious enough for one person and the full kitchen was very nice, as many other places I looked at did not have one, and it was equipped with all the basic things you need. The location was great, in a quiet neighbourhood and very easy to get into Portland. Bette was also an excellent landlord and super responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a short term rental.

I've stayed here for 5 months and I wish I could have stayed more til the end of my contract (I needed to move due to sudden change in work location). This place is spacious and has all the things that you need ie. full kitchen (with utensils/cookware/bakeware), washer and dryer, bedding and ample parking space. Private deck with umbrella is definitely a plus and of course, the spacious yard and nearby park (I go here after work for a walk and to unwind) . Most important of all is it is safe and quiet. I highly recommend this place for solo female travelers. And finally, Bette is a considerate and helpful landlady. She respects your privacy and I didn't have any issues at all during my stay. I will definitely stay again if assigned in the area.

Cozy ADU stay

Bette was an amazing host and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It had every amenity I could look for and was extremely tidy and tasteful decorated. It isnt a great location in Vancouver fairly central to either freeway to get to Portland or to do things in Vancouver Bette was an amazing Landlady.

A Wonderful Stay

My three month stay in this cozy apartment could not have been more perfect. This location affords a peaceful, quiet setting with complete privacy. There are only good things to say about all of the amenities listed. Everything was in perfect working order, furnished with soft colors and tasteful decor and with all that is needed for comfort. There is no need to bring anything here but personal items and clothes. The details in supplying the kitchen are wonderful. Great washer/dryer here in the unit too. The deck just outside the front door is charming and has a large umbrella over the picnic table with benches. Pretty flowers growing in pots on the deck complete the outdoor setting. The adjacent grounds here are just lovely. Not to leave out a huge plus is the beautiful, quiet neighborhood park. Its only a five minute walk, and has paved walkways, rolling grassy terrain surrounded by beautifully maintained plantings. I feel I found a real treasure here for my stay. The whole experience was indeed a memorable one.

This was the perfect stay for me for a month while transitioning to the area. The space was as described, and pleasantly more spacious than I expected. It's nestled back in a very quiet and peaceful manicured garden setting on the property. There's a great park across the street, the neighborhood was quiet, and I always felt safe. The owner was an exceptional host, and took extra steps to make me feel at home. The space had all the amenities I needed, fast reliable wifi, and grocery stores were just a few minutes away.
