Oceanfront condo in the heart of Long Beach

Location! Location! Location! We enjoyed every minute!

We highly recommend this condo and we would definitely come back! My husband & I have traveled to many places and this is our favorite! A stunning oceanside location with breathtaking views. The sunrises & sunsets are spectacular. It's perfect for exploring southern California or just staying home and relaxing. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We walked the beach almost every day. The owners, Michelle & Joe are wonderful. Super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or assistance we required. The thought and effort they put into this condo is amazing. The amenities are above and beyond expectations. It is tastefully updated and decorated. It is exactly as described. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, from kitchen to bathroom supplies. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable. (Some highlights are the instant hot water, balcony & water pressure in the shower.)

Beautiful inside and outside

Loved my 3 month stay here. The views of the ocean, beach, Queen Mary were first class from the balcony and the couch :) Big screen TVs in the front room, bedroom and bathroom ! The bed was super comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a separate large shower with great water pressure and a separate tub that is HUGE ! The kitchen appliances are all top notch with everything you need. The condo is quite in the day and night. Though you can open the window or balcony door and here the waves gently crashing. Parking spot is large and safe. Pool, hot tub and exercise room all icing on the cake on the first floor with private gated access to beach. The landlords life in the same building so anything needed is done within minutes. Though if I didn't call/text them they don't come knocking. Very private and safe condo/building. You will love this spot ! :)

Cant Beat the View Perfect Long Beach Stay

I absolutely loved my stay at this Long Beach condo! The unit is beautifully maintained and feels both luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed all modern LG appliances plus a wine fridge. I actually chose to sleep on the very comfortable sofa bed in the living room just so I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the most breathtaking 180 ocean views. The balcony was my favorite spot for morning coffee and breakfast its hard to beat that view! The building itself felt friendly and safe, and everything about the check-in and stay was easy and smooth. Id happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay right by the water.

Perfect place to stay

This was the most amazing place you could ever hope to stay, we wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was perfect and I honestly don't have a single complaint, I would give it infinite stars if I could. It is equipped with everything you could ever hope to have in an apartment, not to mention you have the most stunning view 15 stories up of the ocean. Joe and Michelle were the best landlords you could ever hope to have, they answer very quickly and have either stocked the place full of everything you need or when you think of something you do need, they will be able to give it to you the same day, sometimes within minutes of letting them know what you need. They made our short 3 month stay in California feel like home, both with the apartment they provided and with their kindness and helpfulness. This is the perfect place to stay for any occasion, you will not regret it.

Amazing place. My contract was originally for 3 months but I extended for 9. And I was so happy to. This apartment was amazing. The lay out and furniture is great for every type of person. The balcony and view of the ocean were great. Bathroom is awesome. Bedroom was amazing. And the kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The floors and walls are concrete so it's very quiet for my fellow night shifters. I never heard the neighbors. And the room has wooden shades that block out most of the sun. Joe and Michelle are great landlords. The dishwasher broke once and joe fixed it the next day. They are quick to reply and very accommodating. It was well worth the money for me. I highly recommend staying here!
