Comfortable Stay

I enjoyed my stay here overall. The unit had everything I needed, plus extra amenities that were nice to have. The space was comfortable for both myself and my dog, and Brooke was kind, accommodating and communicative throughout my stay. My main issue was the parking situation. There are only three designated parking spaces, so street parking is often necessary. Someone even left a note on my car asking me not to park in front of their house. There were also a few instances where people tried entering the apartment by mistake because both sides have similar numbering. It can be unsettling to wake up to that, but they were harmless mix-ups. Because of the similar numbers packages and deliveries would also get mixed up. The walls are fairly thin, so you may hear music/neighbors at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my short stay overall.

Not a safe neighborhood

I wish I had researched the area instead of trusting reviews. I didn’t feel safe walking my dog at night, and there was a homeless encampment less than two blocks away. As a single woman, safety matters—I ended up leaving my contract early, and other residents felt the same. Not worth the price. I could go on about the unit itself—flooding in the living room during a rainstorm, very limited outlets, and other issues that made it uncomfortable to live in. The landlord also gave me zero notice about checking for a water leak—he showed up, knocked, and asked to come in immediately. On top of that, when I requested towels, I wasn’t given a time or day, and a housemaid entered my unit without permission while I wasn’t home, with my animals inside. Completely unacceptable.

Travel Therapist

Brooke has been wonderful from the time I first reached out about her property to finally being able to stay in one of her units! She is very responsive and the team she has on site is amazing. Any concerns I had they were taken care of (loud noise, bugs, and washer). I would say the only thing I wish they had was a bigger counter space to prepare meals, a vent for the stove, a dust pan for the broom, and a bigger bathroom - but all of these are minor things. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Dallas!

Quiet, Cozy, Just What I Needed

I stayed May-August 2025 and had a great experience! Easy street parking, safe neighborhood (young woman living alone), friendly neighbors. Unit exactly as pictured with more closet space than expected. Comfortable and cozy with nice amenities - big bed tray, good desk, massive TV, surprising storage for a small space. Excellent location: 10 minutes to downtown, close to Bishop Arts District, 18 minutes to Irving for work. Minor issues: 1. Not perfectly clean on arrival (hair, dust behind furniture) - might not bother most people 2. Flooding during intense rain in bathroom/kitchen due to unit slant, but drained quickly. Hosts delivered towels at 9pm during storm 3. The fridge door shelves were broken, causing closing issues. 4. Small kitchen with limited counter space but fully stocked 5. Some bugs (8 or so roaches, few spiders over 3 months) Hosts incredibly responsive to all issues. Quiet neighborhood, cozy unit. Highly recommend despite minor issues!

Great experience

We stayed in this apartment for almost a year and had a great experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for day-to-day living. The furnishings were comfortable and thoughtfully chosen, making the small space feel cozy and functional. The kitchen came stocked with essential appliances and cookware, which was especially convenient for preparing meals at home. Brooke was so helpful throughout our entire stay. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a move-in-ready, hassle-free place to stay.

3 month stay

I had a great experience staying at this listing! Brooke and her team are very responsive and helpful with any issues. After some water leaking after heavy rain, the team had technicians come the next day to help me with cleaning and repaired the leak very quickly and even gave me a prepaid VISA gift card for the trouble. The unit is nicely renovated and clean. Only downsides (minor) were small kitchen/bathroom spaces and parking. Overall great location and loved Brooke and her team! I would stay here again for another travel contract.

I had a great stay at this rental. It was clean. Updated. And if any issues arose Jason was there that day to correct them. I highly recommend for traveling nurses!

Dallas Stay

The stay in Mrs. Brooke apartment has been nothing but pleasurable. She is a host that if any problem arise she will do her best to find a solution. Place was clean upon arrival and very easy to turn into a home away from home. I appreciate all she has done to facilitate that. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Dallas.

AMAZING!

Very clean and very modern. This property is a Dallas Gem! The unit has been recently renovated to include paint, furnishings and amenities. I am able to walk my dog in the neighborhood and met many neighbors also walking/jogging. It takes me 8 minutes to get downtown to work which is a very important feature. However, the most wonderful aspect of this property is the owner. Brooke has made her property contactless and yet manages to quickly respond and take action to all my requests. Brooke's team has made me feel welcome and her property safe, comfortable and relaxing. I strongly recommend this property and the property management team. I will definitely be booking this property in the future. Thank you, Brooke!

Nice and well located

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The downtown location is perfect, close to everything. The apartment was spotless and had all the essentials. The landlord was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!
