Comfortable stay with a Great Landlord

I stayed here from January through April and it felt like home very quickly. The space is comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into. I especially enjoyed having a calm place to unwind, and the screened-in patio was a great spot to relax. The location is ideal. It feels peaceful but still close to everything you need, which made daily life simple. The landlord was great to work with. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and anything I needed was handled quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Family home in Simpsonville SC

The property is ideal for a family with kids. The layout lends to family interaction and afternoon homework sessions. We required a property near our home while it was being renovated and this met our needs. However, the bathrooms could use some updating. Besides this, it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our needs. Zac was a great host and easy to communicate with. Definitely reliable and would recommend.

Wonderful Long-term Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at this home when first moving to the area! Zac was the best landlord we have worked with on any rental. He was very responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay and allowing our dogs. The house is in a great location. Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and other amenities. The home was clean and had a great setup. We highly recommend this home and Zac to other travelers!
