Charming and comfortable space!

I am wrapping up my stay here and will say that I will miss this place! Tamara is a super host! She is very kind, attentive, and really put so much love into making this space. It's a cozy, 1 bedroom junior style apartment. It's complete with a small, full kitchen with an oven (that also has an air fryer!!), fully stocked utensils, eating area, desk for studying/work, and a tv. I appreciate that the washer and dryer is so accessible. I have truly enjoyed my stay here, from it being so centrally located to Tamara's kindness. If I find myself in Tucson again, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Tamara and Tucson!!

Comfortable and charming stay

This place was comfortable, quiet, and safe. It's a good space for 1 person and it has everything you would need from dish ware, utensils, linens, and towels. Tamara is a gracious host. She is very accommodating. She checks in often and makes sure you got everything you need for the place. Overall, my stay was great. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tucson, I highly recommend this place.

Charming, peaceful desert stay!

This sweet garden home provides a safe, clean, and charming intro to Tucson and Tamara does the same! The accommodation is small but has everything one person could need. Tamara makes sure guests are well equipped with cleaning and cooking supplies, and even help with storage if needed. The furniture has true Southwest character. The home sits on a special half-acre filled with native cacti, giving the entire place a tranquil, desert feel. I would definitely recommend it!

An exceptional rental in a great location

This is a wonderfully clean, quiet, and well-equipped casita-style rental on a beautiful and historic midtown property. Very secluded, safe, and secure, yet easy access to public transportation and within perfect biking distance of the University of Arizona and all services and retail one might need. Every bit as classy & comfortable as the photos and description suggest! The owner is very accessible and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. She goes out of her way to help make sure you've got all that you need.

Lovely Stay with a Fantastic Host and Great Location

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The place is clean, quiet, and very safe, making it ideal for anyone looking for peace of mind during their visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area is a real gem beautifully landscaped with classic desert charm, including a stunning 200-year-old saguaro cactus and a peaceful bird sanctuary. Its a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Tucson sun. The location is excellent close to the University of Arizona and Banner Health, with easy access to transportation, making commuting simple and convenient. The host is exceptional friendly, responsive, and respectful of your privacy. Lives on the property and is always available if needed. Overall, this place is a real winner, offering comfort, charm, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming home in Tucson!

Comfortable and Quaint!

I spent two months at this property, and I found it to be clean, quiet, and comfortable, and well worth the price per month. Tamara is a very pleasant person, and you'll find that she's a great conversationalist, not to mention she's easy to do business with. If need be,I would return to the property. JCD
