loved the area
My dog and I enjoyed this place so much! We were so sad to leave. The landlords were so kind and easy to work with. Very spacious! We loved our stay and hopefully we will be back. Beautiful area to walk as well and perfect location between Carmel and downtown.
Indy gem
This rental was a calm, welcoming hug for this soft country girl visiting the city. Here in Indy on a 3mo travel assignment and had stayed my first week in a Not-So-Nice area, Airbnb. Nice kitchen for cooking and meal prepping. Sitting window book for reading and Laundry in the basement. Beautiful neighborhood, friendly active walking neighbors and the sweetest family in the rear duplex. I never felt unsafe while staying here on Kenwood/47th. The landlords are helpful and responsive as well as property managers that live 5 minutes away. Perfect porch to drink my morning coffee, while watching the squirrels, birds and chipmunks.
