The kitchen, though it looks small has an updated large sink (not shown) a small counter oven, burners, microwave, and all the things you need to make meals. There is a lot of storage space, and the owner is willing to talk about small pets.

Perfect Location
Wonderful and spacious apartment in Ivy. Ideal location for commuting to UVA Health parking. Travel time less than 15 minutes without the hassle of coming from east of Hospital. Very clean and not at all the feel of a basement apartment. Bright light with peaceful views and private patio off living room. Wonderful mattress and blackout curtains for sleeping. Although kitchen does not have a stove/oven, the two electric burners and the Nuwave oven can handle anything you need to cook. Easy access to walking trials. Landlord B.B. and her family are kind and welcoming. Landlord respects your private space but is always available if needed. This is my 4th time in Charlottesville working at UVA and this apartment is a hidden gem. You will not find something else as clean and spacious with easy access to UVA parking in this price range.
