Review.

Before I moved to the actual apartment, It was made very clear from the beginning that I needed to make the direct deposit payment before I moved in. Roughly 6 weeks after I moved in, my water, electric, and air basically everything was shut off at 12pm randomly from the energy company with no reminders/warnings even though I was not responsible for those bills in my lease. I was however reimbursed financially for the lost grocerys. Which was very kind and generous. The second issue was that after I did my final walk through, I did not receive my security deposit back for 2 months AFTER I had moved out on 10/3/25. I had to send a demand letter for it to be delivered to my home address. I understand things get lost in the mail and things happen. However, I gave it more than enough time and my kindness to ask for the deposit back. Especially making that apartment look brand new before I left. I was told multiple times to give it longer time for the check to arrive. I hope this helps.
