A Great Location for a Single person or Couple in the Central area of Denver

My husband, our dog, and I spent three months (October-December 2026) in Alison's beautiful condo in Glendale, Colorado. It is an older complex, but maintained and well-cared for with numerous trees and grassy areas throughout. There is a small park and dog park adjacent to it and hiking trails are very close by--and it is very "dog friendly." It is close to numerous great restaurants, shopping, and has excellent access to I-25 which runs N-S through Colorado. It always felt safe and we often walked our dog around the area in the evening. Alison is an excellent host and was very responsive to us and has a beautifully decorated condo. It was a bit small for us, but cozy and comfortable. We would recommend this property to you!

Glendale Apartment

We stayed at Alisons place for 5 months while I took a travel nurse contract in Aurora. Alisons place was really lovely and exactly what we needed. She provided most everything we would need during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the area felt safe and quiet. We enjoyed being on the lower level of the complex. The attached garage parking is great for one car. The area is walkable and there is a gym for $10/mo within walking distance that we took advantage of during our stay. Alison was a great host and very responsive whenever we had any questions. We would be happy to stay here again!
