Kitchen supplies include: coffee and tea essentials (creamer, sugar packets, and sugar substitute packets), plastic plates and bowls, a salad bowl, dinner and salad plates, and a set of wine glasses.

In the kitchen is also plastic pitchers, plastic cups, a mixing bowl, colander, and serving dishes.

In the top drawer, on the right side of the south wall, you'll find cutlery, tongs, a can opener, bottle opener, an ice cream scooper, and kitchen scissors.

We've included an electric hand mixer, grill tools stored in a handy gray storage bag, napkins and spare paper towels.

In the lower cabinet section of the south side of the kitchen you'll find an array of cooking and serving utensils, designed to make cooking and serving food a breeze.

Kitchen items include: bowls, glasses, spices, cooking spray and oils , kitchen towels, trivets, containers with sugar and flour for guests to use, dish drying rack, microwave, kitchen knife set, and cutting boards.

Peace on the farm!

We stayed 4 months at the farm during a job transition and it was just what the doctor ordered! Peace and quiet. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with my coffee and listening to the birdsong. The animals are just so much fun and bring lots of joy! Beds are very comfortable! It’s all so cute on the inside. Luke and Kate are THE BEST. You will love the farm!!!

Great stay with friends

I had a fantastic night here celebrating thanksgiving with friends. Comfortable seating for everyone and a large enough kitchen for what we needed. There were enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. Hope to be back!

CHARMING AND COZY!

My stay at this quaint little farmhouse in OKC was absolutely wonderful! You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and stayed easy to maintain throughout my time there. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, spotless, and welcoming place to stay in Oklahoma City.

Filthy!

I cannot recommend this home, or working with Kate. If I had known the condition of the home, I would never have booked it. After paying, we arrived and noticed filth built-up throughout the space. The furniture was soiled and pet hair and dander was found in just about every area of the home, including on the stove, dining table, floor vents, air filters, and light fixtures. We could not sit anywhere comfortably. We really didnt want to lose our deposit and potentially a months rent, so we hoped we could resolve this by spending the time to clean ourselves; however, opted to relocate because the more we cleaned, the more we realized how much needed to be done. We explained this situation and provided photos to Kate. We asked her to please work with us on at least a partial refund. We communicated to her that we have rented hundreds of homes and have never experienced such poor conditions. She was unwilling to offer any kind of compromise. Horrible experience!

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay at the farmhouse. That said, per the lease agreement, Except in an emergency, the Tenant is hereby informed that any property maintenance issues, repair requests, or concerns should be reported to the Landlord at *phone number* or *email address*. You did not take this step before moving out. By leaving the property without giving us the opportunity to address your concerns, you acted outside the terms of the lease agreement. For this reason, rent and fees already paid were not refunded. While I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we were never made aware you had an issue at any point until after you move out.
