Ballard 3BR Condo (2 Beds & Office) w/ Parking & Fenced Yard

Amazing Ballard Rental

Hi all, I just had the pleasure of staying at this amazing rental. Highlights: +Picture window and afternoon sun on the couch. I will miss this the most +Great appliances, kitchen, counters, TV, dishes +Comfortable beds (no joke - I googled the sheets and mattress topper and plan on getting my own) +Location is close to everything, if you can't walk where you are going, you can drive there in 20 minutes +You can DoorDash everything, any time (except chili dogs.. I don't know why) Low lights: Honestly, it would be challenging to come up with any, but to be fair to potential renters, if you have heavyfooted upstairs neighbors you will hear them, but you should be able to tune it out after the first few days. About Brandon: Very responsive, friendly, worked closely with me to resolve an IT issue. Even sent me a link to the wooden spatulas my girlfriend loved.

Beautiful home, awesome location!!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property! It was the most beautifully designed and well kept home that provided everything you would need in your short stay. Being only minutes from downtown Ballard, this home was in a prime location. We loved the friendly neighborhood feel and the coziness of this home. Brandon was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed, and even provided a list of things to do in Seattle during our stay there. Highly recommend choosing this property for your next stay in Seattle!!!

Amazing Ballard stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Brandon's Ballard condo! The space was perfect for our needs - the furnishings were comfortable, the place was clean and organized, and the neighborhood was super cute, with breweries and cafes and shops within walking distance! We loved the berries growing around the house and the patio for warm sunny days. The unit had everything we needed for a great home away from home and we found the location on the Fremont-side of Ballard to be really convenient for accessing the rest of the city. Finally, Brandon was a great host - he was super responsive for any questions and left a great welcome-guide to Seattle! We would absolutely recommend again!
