Great place and location

This property is in a great location. Restaurants are close by and property is about a mile from Sloan Lake which is such a beautiful area to walk around, to have a picnic and to relax. Nick the owner is easy to reach and responds right away for any questions or concerns. We did not encounter any issues or problems while we were here. Thank you Nick for having us in your property!

Great location close to Sloans Lake Park! Landlord is very helpful with any minor issues / repairs and responds quickly. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the neighbors are quiet.

Great location in Lakewood! Enjoyed our stay very much. 2 people and 2 dogs and it was comfortable. Plenty of space to play outside with dogs and very walkable neighborhood all around. Plenty to do nearby/ within walking distance! (Shops, restaurants, grocery store, Sloan lake!) Neighborhood/ condo felt safe. Landlord was awesome! Extremely responsive and helpful during our stay here. Would rent again!

Great Stay

I had a great experience staying here. The landlord was always very accessible to any minor issues that come with renting. Very nice property. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Lots to do, eat & drink nearby. I extended my stay here twice & I Would stay here again and again.
