This is a peaceful, private, and recently remodeled casita. When friends and family visit, they often mention they feel well-rested after staying here. The outdoor patio and garden areas are nice spots for lounging and enjoying the space, when weather permits.
Great Midtown Phoenix location! Just 1-2 miles from restaurants, bars and vintage shops of the Melrose District, and only 3-4 miles to downtown museums, theaters, and the sports district. Convenient grocery options like Sprouts and Safeway are a mile away.

This place is AMAZING! Michael, Russell, and their dog Rex were amazing hosts! The casita is furnished with everything one could need. I very much enjoyed my time there. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, which I appreciated. It's very central in the valley and close to a major highway so very easy to get around. They were very accommodating and very responsive to any issue that I had. I had gotten into a car accident and Michael was even willing to give me rides to the grocery store! If I were to come back to Phoenix I would consider renting with them over an apartment!
