Great Location and Service

My roommate and I were in this space for about three months for our summer internship. The space is maintained really well each room being fully furnished and more comfortable than we initially anticipated. The location is great with access to various stores and nearby amenities. Landlord was always Polite and very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Having our own fridge was a real game changer this past summer. I strongly recommend staying here if youre thinking about it. Great location, clean place and virtually all you need in one area from kitchen to washer and dryer.

Relaxing, quiet, and comfortable

This condo is perfect for travelers! You are literally a few miles from almost everything. I was there for a 15 week assignment at Inova Fairfax. 8 minutes there and 8 minutes back. Walking distance for groceries and cuisine!! A very diverse area with every possible food you can think of. Also walking distance to the DMV transit. The host was amazing. I work nights which can sometimes make things difficult. But the host was so understanding and gracious. You have your own bathroom which is very nice with large walk in shower. The room is big with a large closet, and space under the bed for storage. The kitchen has all you need, with a fridge of your own. Washer/dryer in house. I highly recommend this place if you are working around the D/C area. Contact if any questions.
