Modern 2 BR Condo w/ on-site Laundry near 2 Universities

Highly Recommend!

I stayed here for 8 months while attending flight school at Essex County Airport. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the owners were wonderful! They were responsive, helpful, and accommodating from our initial communication and throughout my stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was clean, bright, comfortable, with plenty of space. It has two nice bedrooms, a small but adequate bathroom, lots of closet space, and a full kitchen. One bonus is a filtered water machine that provides both hot and cold filtered water! The complex has really nice grounds with a grass courtyard in the middle. It is well maintained, and safe, with ample parking. I did not meet many neighbors, but the ones I did were friendly. Laundry facilities are available in the complex and are clean and easy to use. The location is excellent- close to tons of shopping and restaurants. And even though the complex is on a main road, the unit was remarkably quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome location & great stay

This was perfect for my buddy and I! The space is accurately described and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of extra pillows. The kitchen had everything you need if you like to cook. The bathroom is a bit small but seems like most bathrooms are here in NJ. Sean was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and helped out so much with move in and out dates! If we ever come back this way I will surely stay again :)
