Newly renovated in-law suite in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to many stores and restaurants. Completely private kitchen, bathroom , washer and dryer, and living space nothing is shared except the front door entrance which I rarely use. Shared thermostat kept on 71 all year- there is a fan and a fireplace in the space though. Single mom to one son so its a pretty quiet household.

PERFECT Place to Stay
This was a great place to stay while I was in the area for work! Located in a pretty, quiet neighborhood with quick assess to everything you need! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking to stay in the area to see if this is available. Thank you Jessica, you were a fantastic host!

Great Stay
Great experience overall! Stayed during a 13 week contract and had no issues. I would definitely recommend Jessica if youre looking for a place while in Dayton.

Great place!
I am a traveling superintendent for a Design Build construction company and stay all around the Midwest. This place is in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores around. Jessica is a very kind, helpful and really works to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you might need . I would highly recommend a stay with Jessica.
