Great Unit and Owners/Managers

We were fortunate enough to rent a unit from Paula and Steve that was not only close to the two hospitals, Childrens and UW, but also close to shopping and city transportation, including the bus system and the train system that runs from the airport to downtown and beyond. Their support, as owners/managers of the unit, was stellar! The unit has been recently remodeled and it included everything that our kids needed to make the transition to a new living environment. The unit is not only close to city transportation but grocery stores like Safeway and Trader Joes, which are a short walk away. Safeway and bus transportation is a short 20 minute walk but it requires a step sidewalk climb to the streets above. It is GREAT for walkers! The area has several parks that are kid oriented, with the Truck Park being about a block away. Others are within walking distance and are focused on kids and/or adults; clean, neat and tidy and a great benefit associated this unit.

Amazing Apartment!

I needed a short term lease for the Summer and Fall months in Seattle and rented this apartment for a total of 6 months. Location: The location is excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and is convenient to much of the city. Most importantly it felt extremely safe and family friendly. There are lots of great parks nearby and you're a 5 minute drive to the lake. The little downtown Madrona area is very cute and super walkable from the apartment. Apartment: The apartment is fantastic. Exceptionally clean and well furnished. It had all the kitchen supplies I needed and more. Best of all, the furniture was super comfortable. The couch is large and great for lounging and watching TV, and the mattress is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. All in all I was extremely pleased with my stay here. 100% recommend!
