Perfect quiet stay in great location!
Great location to UW Montlake! I walked and took public transportation, both were very easy and took about 30 minutes. The bedroom is closer to the hallway so you hear very little to none of the overpass noise when sleeping. Having a parking spot in the garage was a huge plus. Amber was very easy to work with and very accommodating. If you are looking for a quieter neighborhood to stay while in Seattle, I highly recommend this place!
Lovely Eastlake condo
Stayed here during my 3-month contract at UW Montlake. Amber was very responsive and helpful with anything that came up. Secured garage parking was a great perk & included in the rent. The condo is under the I-5 overpass, but noise was minimal and I barely noticed it after a couple weeks. The kitchen appliances are very nice, and most essentials were included. The building is quiet. I never heard neighbors next door or upstairs. Theres a coffeeshop one block away along Lake Union, perfect for morning walks. The #70 and 49 bus lines are a block or two away. Walking to the hospital took 30-35 minutes; biking took about 10 There arent many bars, restaurants, or grocery stores right outside, but it was a perfect location for me and my dog. The neighborhood across Harvard Ave. (Portage Bay) is great for quieter, suburban-like walks. Definitely recommend!
