My husband at I stayed at the condo August-November. We are traveling nurses and worked at Tulane Lakeside, easy 15-20 minute drive. The condo is perfect and felt like home. All the furnishings, linens, kitchenware, etc. were top of the line and you did not want for anything. Closet was large with plenty of storage. Everything you could want was within walking distance, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The sweet little patio off the back allowed you to have a perfect little outdoor sitting area. We almost never saw or heard any of the other tenants. Abby is a very thoughtful respectful landlord, and addressed any issues almost immediately. After staying at several furnished apartment/condos as traveling nurses, this one was easily a favorite of ours!

I was born and raised in the South but lived happily in NYC for many years. Covid forced an unexpected move home thus Im back in the Big Easy enjoying all things Nawlins. Im looking for a respectful, clean and reliable tenant who will appreciate and enjoy my charming, fully furnished condo located in the heart of the Garden District. Located a block away from St. Charles and Commanders Palace, as well as a short walk to LCMC, its a perfect location for a comfortable stay.
