Quiet, cozy garden suite - outdoor space, views, fire pit. Unit in lovely 100-year-old Craftsman.

Definitely stay here!

I cant say enough about this rental. It is extremely clean, cozy and quiet. The landlord Sara Jo is awesome. She is super helpful, warm and friendly but respects your privacy. The bed is extremely comfortable. The fireplace in living room was wonderful on a rainy day. I also spent a lot of time by the fire pit. I felt very safe living here. If I ever do another Seattle contract I would return here again and again. Thank you Sara Jo for a wonderful home during my time here!

Warm & Cozy Retreat

During my stay at Sara Jo's place, everything was perfect. During my stay in Seattle, I experienced the full range of winter weather, including snow. Comfort and coziness were what I loved, especially the fireplace. Sara Jo goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. Since I left this place, I have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms. My heart misses the quiet, peace, and tranquility of the area. This is a place you won't want to leave once you've stayed here. This is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy all the things Seattle has to offer.

Perfect home away from home!!

Sara Jos place has been one of my favorites in my three years of traveling! The bed was so comfortable. The apartment was incredibly clean! And the view was absolutely gorgeous! What a comfy and cozy stay this was for me. Sara Ko made this place feel like home! She was so kind and considerate during my stay. What a gift this place was for me! Definitely stay here if you can the opportunity!

Quiet and immaculate

As a neighbor, I looked at this space for having out of town guests come for extended stays. The space is beautifully appointed and the location is prime for neighborhood walks and greenspace. I will definitely be recommending this property.

Excellent rental

We rented Sara Jo's entire home, including the daylight basement, for 2 months. She was great, easy to work with, and very respectful of our privacy. The home was sparkling clean and very well cared for. It's a lovely, safe neighborhood with convenient parking. A couple minor missing items were provided immediately upon request ( ice trays, dish rack) and communication was fast and seamless. All the furnishings in the basement are brand new and very nice. I would not hesitate to rent from her again and highly recommend this home.
