Good communication and honest
I was only able to stay for a few weeks due to my contract getting cancelled mid contract. Michael was more than understanding with my situation and was able to fairly compensate for the amount of stay. It helped a lot as being a travel nurse, we get canceled unexpectedly sometimes and we actually lose money. Also Michael answered right away if there were any issues with the house and was able to send someone in a timely manner. Other than that, I would have stayed in this place even if I renewed my hospital contract

Great location close to Albany Med
Cozy newly renovated house that is a 3 minute drive to Albany Med. The area is a bit rough but I never had any safety concerns. The owner Michael is very responsive and willing to work with you.
