Perfect, beautiful Haven during our Move

Chris' townhouse and his great communication made the stressful time of moving so much better for us! The complex is lovely, full of mature trees, in a convenient neighborhood. Chris has provided so many thoughtful and careful touches. We loved sitting in the living room with the screen door open to the fragrant breezes. While we were there, the dogwoods were blooming. Five stars :)

A Lovely Find in Santa Rosa

We had the good fortune to stay for four months at Christopher's; meeting our objective of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend quality time with our 4 and 7 year old grandsons and their parents who live only two blocks away. Maybe one of the best decisions we have made in a long time. Property: tastefully decorated, very clean, attention to detail, quiet neighborhood, lovely walking with proximity to historic McDonald Avenue as well as the forested sanctuary of Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery. Possibly the biggest bonus of all? meeting Christopher. You could search a long time and not find a more responsive, fair, interesting and thoughtful host. Truly a win/win all the way around.

Perfect North East townhome

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Christopher's place. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home here, so much so that we stayed way longer than initially intended. The space is cozy and impeccably clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfy furniture to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to feel settled in. The owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location in the popular North East neighborhood is perfectquiet and peaceful but still close to downtown. Nearby is a historic cemetery, great for nature walks. Not far is also a local grocery store with adjacent pizza place, coffee stand and Willie's wine bar. Here you will feel like a local, not like a tourist. And the pool! The pool service comes every week, leaving a super clean pool for guests to enjoy. We loved this extra perk for hot summer days. I couldnt have asked for a better place to make my arrival in Santa Rosa a success.
