Amazing hosts!

Kristie has this place set up better than we could have imagined. The place is very newly renovated and has everything you can possibly need for a short/medium term rental. We showed up with a few suitcases of clothes with a plan to stay a couple of moths...we stayed 5 and loved it! Kristie is super attentive and considerate. The kitchen is very well outfitted, to include brand new appliances, a great air fryer, and even a Nespresso machine (which kind of shows the quality that Kristie tries to provide). OBTW, having a private garage to park in was sooo nice! Lots of great workout places and restaurants near-by. We could go on-and-on about how great this was for our needs, but to sum it up, we'll say you will not be disappointed.

Great location

I enjoyed my stay. Its close to H street who h has a Whole Foods, yoga Studios , bars and restaurants. The space is perfectly set up for comfort and enjoyment on off days and resting. Kristie responded promptly when I had questions. The area is safe. I walked around at night and during early mornings. I would rent here again !
