Excellent stay, highly recommend
This place was a wonderful place to call home. Beautiful, spacious, tons of light. Subdivision is quiet. Eric was great to rent from, communication excellent and always available. This furnished place has high quality furniture and everything you need. Highly recommend, didnt want to leave!!

Outstanding Property Owner Highly Recommend
I had a great experience renting from Eric. The house was well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and professionally, and communication was always clear, respectful, and timely. Its rare to find a property owner who truly cares about both the home and the people living in it, but Eric does. Everything from move-in to move-out was fair, organized, and stress-free. I always felt respected as a tenant and confident that the property was being responsibly managed. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional rental experience in Colorado.
