Difficult to get deposit back

Beautiful property and neighborhood. Landlord friendly and accommodating she was respectful of privacy. Room was as described, clean and huge. Water was hot and pressure good in the shower which was also huge. I would recommend this property again, but would suggest negotiating a deposit free stay. Its Sept 28 and I still havent gotten my $500 deposit back. I waited patiently requesting every few weeks and even waited to leave a review in hopes I wouldnt need to reference the deposit. Other than the deposit difficulty this is a great home in an awesome location with a very nice on property landlord and would not hesitate to use this property again.
