The casita is in my backyard and very private. A private walkway leads to a gate with a digital lock that only the homeowner and the renter know the code to. The renter is greeted with a shaded and lush green backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and just off a serene canal that leads to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
