Definitely enjoyed my time here! The location is great and very lively. Lots of things to do and everything you need is walking distance, ie grocery stores, coffee, restaurants. Walked everyday and the neighbourhood is clean too. The space is perfect for me as a travel nurse. Rebecca is accomodating helpful with everything. 10/10 would rent there again.

Excellent stay!

I've had a great time at this FF. Quiet, quaint, and clean. 2 blocks walking from proctor district's cute cafes, shops and 2 supermarkets. 2 miles away from Tacoma general and to major highways. ~25 min from Good Sam. Rebecca was very sweet, accommodating, and transparent. Highly recommend 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect short-term rental!

I am a traveling nurse and stayed at this lovely property last summer. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and is located one block off the desirable Proctor shopping district, where there are many shops, restaurants, bakery, and grocery store within walking distance, as well as a Farmer's Market! I loved having my private entrance and bathroom, and the owners were very responsive and accommodating! I would stay there, again, and highly recommend it!
