Terrific Location

My husband and I stayed here with our girls for two months while our new home was being finished. The location was amazing with so much within walking distance - close to the lakes, trails, the StarPointe Club, shopping, and the elementary school. The house was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We used the heated pool practically every day and had a great space for the girls to play safely with the pool behind the security fence. Lyn was incredibly responsive. She made our stay stress-free, even when we weren't sure when our house would be ready. Tess

Wonderful Home/ Location/ Homeowner

My wife and I rented this home for 5 months/ really enjoyed our stay! The home is wonderful with a really nice patio to watch the desert sunsets + a nice pool to cool off in. The AC, WiFi, and all the appliances worked great! A nice size garage that we usually pulled one car into + were able to store things in the garage. The home is located one block off of North Lake so a perfect location to walk or cycle around the lakes. Great access to Safeway, Walgreens and other stores (all within walking distance). The homeowner is wonderful to communicate and work with! I highly recommend renting this home.
