The property is in a quiet tree lined street walking distance to wooded trails as well as downtown San Rafael. A local Safeway is a five minute walk as well as a breakfast and coffee shop also a five minute walk. It's a very safe neighbor and I know most of my neighbors on my street within 2 blocks of me.
