Review
The unit is beautiful however when I moved in it was not cleaned. There was dust all over the windows and bedding, spider webs all over the place and cockroaches all on the floor, and the floor had not been swept or mopped. They had told me the person who was supposedly cleaning for 6 hours cleaned it. When I confronted them about how dirty the unit was they had told me that she didn't get a chance to clean the unit and was supposed to come back but never did. There is a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee, you will pay that and they also want you to deep clean the unit prior to moving out. That fee is to have a professional deep clean" the unit. I work night shift, they have construction going on in their backyard all the time which nobody ever told me that there was anything scheduled or gave me the courtesy of knowing. So I would be sleeping after my shift only to be awoken by all the construction going on.
