Lovely studio

I stayed here for two months and it was a great experience. The space had all of the amenities I needed and was clean, open and bright. Hannah and Justin were great hosts, super accommodating and there was no discomfort being in close proximity to their house. I stayed from January to March so there was a baseball league that played regularly at the field just outside the apartment, but it was not an inconvenience and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Parking was not an issue, the farthest I had to park was a block away on trash days but other than that I always had close parking. the ac/heat worked really well too which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay!

I absolutely loved stay in this this Santa Ana studio! Hannah and Justin are super friendly and accommodating hosts. It was fully equipped for everything that I needed for the entire summer stay. I was nervous that I would start to feel crammed in a studio but I was there for 3 months never felt that way. The kitchen had everything I need to make meals everyday. The neighborhood is nice for walking and conveniently close to stores I needed for errands. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone needing accommodations in the Southern California area!

Had a great stay!

We enjoyed almost two months here. The space is clean and new. The casita is behind the main house and backs up to baseball fields and their parking area. As we were there during the winter, there wasnt much activity next to the casita. Hannah and Justin are super kind and helpful. They have done a nice job of outfitting the studio with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The parking out front requires permits which can be coordinated through the host, however we found ample permit-free parking 50 yards away on the next block. We walked daily around the neighborhood and found it to be pleasant. We will gladly return next year if we can.
