This is a fully shared space with me and my dog Coco. Prefer female professionals (e.g. traveling nurses) working on contract basis for 1-3 or 4 months at a time. You will have full access to the common areas of the house, respecting bedroom privacy of other guests and myself. From January to April, Coco and I mostly travel for work but return home on weekends.

Tenants really deal with the TV. I do not watch TV or know how to operate it much.

Access to your room and to common areas within the home. I have 3 rooms for rent. Two rooms have full beds and the third room has a twin bed. The room you get depends on availability at time of booking. To avoid application fee must book through Airbnb.

Neighborhood overview

Diverse working class neighborhood. Near University of MD College Park and several hospitals. Minutes to the green line metro at PG Plz/Hyattsville Crossing. Within driving distance to NASA and a quick train ride to World Bank. Otherwise we have great biking, walking, hiking trails.
