Gorgeous Little Cottage

This gorgeous, brand new little cottage was exactly as described and was perfect for my 6 month contract. Just a short drive to UC Davis Health and never having to deal with any sort of traffic was wonderful. Phil was great and although this little ADU is in his back yard, I had complete privacy as it has a fence around the entire thing. Big plus to have a washer and dryer as it is a must for me and the black out shades in the bedroom made the room completely dark which helped tremendously when I was working nights. Would definitely recommend this property and landlord to anyone looking for housing and would love to come back if ever in the area again!
