Two story single family home built in 2019. The room is located on the 1st floor. Beautiful view of the mountains from bedroom windows and the backyard with large BBQ island. You will have access to the fully furnished kitchen and a second refrigerator in the garage. Also a pull up bar, free weights 5-90LBS and a Bowflex MAX elliptical trainer. Owner does not live there full time.

10/10, perfect for other healthcare professionals looking for a safe, quiet, clean space
Stayed for 5 weeks as a medical student on clinical rotations at St. Louise Regional Hospital and I could not have asked for a better host. David and his wife Denise are so kind and welcoming. The room and home were clean and I had plenty of space for my belongings. The neighborhood is also quiet and felt very safe, with a nice park and walking trail just down the street. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!

Great place
I stayed here with Denise and David for 5 months and it was a great experience! They are so kind and welcoming. It was such a pleasant time! They have a beautiful spacious house. I loved my time living here with Denise and David!
