Perfect for two people
The property was perfect for a couple. I lived there with my boyfriend for about 3 months, and had a wonderful time in the cozy unit. There was enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway and we never had to move cars around for one another. I never had to worry about my safety in the unit when I was by myself. It was close to the beach on the north shore, about 15 minutes to SBU and a 10 minute drive to downtown. We went the first 2 months without an AC Unit, and when we asked for one in August, Heather was down the next day installing the unit. The landlord was easy to connect with for any questions and issues we faced, and handled every situation with professionalism and integrity. The whole unit was fully supplies with essentials (pots/pans, bedding, towels, vaccume, fan, and hangers) so there was nothing extra I needed to buy when we moved in. The unit was incredibly clean, and there were extra cleaning supplies left in the closet, and laundy detergent in the laundry room.
