Peaceful 2 BR in Historic North End

Great Stay

I resided in unit #1, the downstairs unit. It was great for my needs as a student working in town for a couple of months. the neighborhood is walkable enough to reach the grocery store, convenient store, coffee shops, and parks. I also enjoyed that its not a far drive or bus ride to midtown and downtown. it came with all of the amenities I needed to cook and clean myself. the offered monthly cleaning was also great. overall amazing stay!

Perfect apartment in Detroit

My partner stayed in the upstairs unit, a two bedroom one bath with one of the bedrooms set up as an office. It was the perfect temporary home for us to feel settled in Detroit. Newly renovated and really nice furniture. We loved the neighborhood and how walkable it is. Would definitely recommend!

Immaculate

I stayed at this property for several months for a job assignment. I'll start with the location. it's in a very revitalized and gentrified neighborhood minutes from many great downtown restaurants and bars and only a few blocks away from a local co-op grocery store. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the Detroit area as a whole and although we didn't a single issue with our stay she was very helpful with making sure we were comfortable. The best part of all is the interior, newly renovated throughout, the interior design is a 10/10 very, very clean I didn't see a speck of dust or dirt. They thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. in house laundry, a good variety of kitchen utensils, very comfortable beds, even supplied some bathroom toiletries. the fenced in back yard was also a plus, to sit out back on days off and enjoy the serenity. coming from a person that travels 6 months out the year this is a easy 10/10.
