Perfect place in Park Ave!

I stayed here for about 7 months while working a travel contract at a nearby hospital. Matt and Andrea were always fantastic. The unit itself is absolutely adorable, it looks just like the pictures if not better. You could not ask for a better location. I always felt safe and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Matt was always just a text away and was always quick to reply and very helpful if I had any questions or needed anything at all. He was also flexible working with me to extend my stay, and was always very considerate (ex: asked me about my work schedule at one point because he wanted to do some work around the house and knew I was on night shift and would be sleeping during the day on those days and he didn't want to wake me). Would absolutely stay here again if I were back in the area.

Ideal Apartment

Matt and Andrea are awesome. They were very warm and welcoming. They have curated the perfect little apartment in Rochester for travelers. The home itself is beautiful and very well maintained. It's also in the most ideal location in Roc, walking distance to bars and restaurants on Park Ave. It's also safe. Easy to commute to any hospital in the area. Can't recommend this apartment enough!
