Lovely 2 Bedroom unit with dedicated outdoor space

Great place, accommodating host

We had a lengthy 7-month stay in Steve's unit because we were in between longterm leases and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, cozy, onsite washer/dryer, small private yard for us and our dog, easy street parking, walking distance to Safeway/Walgreens/USPDS and a bit of onsite storage. Steve was a friendly and responsive host. Diamond Heights is a very unique neighborhood, kind of in the middle of nothing and everything at the same time (Noe Valley and the Castro are down the hill). Way up in the (often steep) hills near Twin Peaks socked in the fog belt so it does get damp and cold but on clear days the views are amazing and if mellow and peaceful is what you're looking for than this is the place.

Stayed at this property for six months with no issues. Very comfortable and well-kept, with in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Very easy access to Walgreens and Safeway, as well as multiple cute parks and neighborhoods. Property manager is easy to contact for any repairs. Aside from general furnishings, bedding and all needed supplies were provided at move in. Street parking was available directly in front of the house at all times (aside from street cleaning days). Would highly recommend, especially if you are working in the area and would like a lower-traffic neighborhood with easy access to downtown!
