Cozy Blue Bungalow

Highly recommend !

We stayed her for 3 months. Doris was a fantastic landlord. We loved our stay. Property was very clean and quiet!! Even made friends with the neighbors across the street. :)

Quiet and cozy

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Bungalow. My husband works remotely and was comfortable working from home here. The neighborhood is quiet and you are at the end of a cul-de-sac so parking is not an issue. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, and layout makes it feel spacious with plenty of room to use full-size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again when in Greenville because Doris takes great care of the home and is easy to reach if you need anything.

An Enjoyable Stay!

The cozy blue bungalow was a great spot for myself & my husband for a few months in Greenville. The location was great for walkability- 15 minute walk to the zoo, park, restaurants & a Publix & Fresh Market grocery store. 35-40 min walk to downtown. Easy 10-15 min drive to Prisma Health GMH. Comfy beds & couch. 2 full baths is a big bonus! We made great use of the air fryer & coffee maker. Doris was responsive to any issues that arose. The reasons I rated only 4 stars were the laundry needs to be updated- the washer is not High Efficiency & is quite small. The A/C did not consistently work (once turned on, it had to be left on or else it would freeze up outside & had to wait for a couple of hours for it to thaw out before it would restart properly)- Doris had someone come to check on it a twice & it has hopefully been resolved. We had to pay the difference on overages on the water & energy bill, which we figured was due to the issues stated above. Thanks Doris for the great stay!

Great place!

This house is in a very safe, very centraly located neighborhood. The house is very new and cozy. All new appliances and is decorated very elegantly. Doris the landlord is very nice and very helpful. The neighbors have lived next door for many years and are nice and respectful and look out for one another. No safety concerns at all. Lots of people walking dogs day and night. AC and heat work great ! This is a true gem minutes from downtown, Prisma memorial hosoital, major shopping and the Swamp Rabbit trail. Truly a great place.

Quite Accommodating

My stay at Blue Bungalow was very accommodating and restful. The owner met us there to ensure all our needs were met. The house had all of the necessary amenities for my family and the beds were especially comfortable. Location was only miles to shopping and great restaurants. I would certainly stay again.
