I liked this unit, it was very clean, and everything worked. The landlord was very understanding to my situation and made accommodations for me. He was an amazing landlord. The only downside is that the tenant on the other side of the duplex is VERY creepy and very loud. If it wasn't for the creepy neighbor, I would've given 5 stars.
