GREAT STAY
Stayed in the apartment for 3 months while traveling for a job, and I had the best experience. It has a washer and dryer, comfortable bed, a you get your own parking spot so you don't have to park on the street. Also, Smeed is quick with communication and extremely helpful! 10/10 recommended!

Excellent Stay, Smeed is GREAT
This apartment was convenient to everything I needed. The location was perfect for work, amenities, beach, and mountain access. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Smeed is a fantastic landlord. Proactive, helpful, responsive, and a sincerely kind person. Highly recommend!

Nice little apartment
I had the pleasure of staying at this nice little apartment in October for 6 weeks. The landlord is committed to safety and comfort. There's nothing fancy here but everything works and it is clean. Plus a private driveway is well lit all night. I can highly recommend this apartment and the landlord who made my stay very comfortable.
